  • 2 Cups Almond Butter I use Justin's Classic Almond Butter
  • 1 3/4 Cups Agave Syrup
  • 2 1/2 Cups Protein Powder I like Arbonne, and use 1/2 vanilla, 1/2 chocolate
  • 3 Cups Rolled Oats I prefer Bob's Red Mill Rolled Oats

  1. Put almond butter and agave syrup in a microawaveable bowl. Microwave for approximately 90 seconds. Blend well.

  2. Add 2 Cups of protein powder (I like to use 1 Cup vanilla and 1 Cup chocolate). Mix well.

  3. Add rolled oats and mix gently. If the balls seem too "wet", you may add additional protein powder at this point.

  4. Roll into 48 balls (app. 1" in size) and roll in remaining protein powder. Alternatively, you may spread this in a 9 x 13 pan and cut into 48 squares.

  5. Store in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container.
