One of the most common reasons for lack of success on any weight loss plan is…lack of adherence to the plan! Seriously, there are thousands of plans out there that will help you lose weight and get your fitness goals back on track–if you will follow them. I know that a diet without chocolate and wine would be healthier for my body and I would probably lose weight more quickly; I also know that I am not willing to eliminate these indulgences completely from my life. A plan that called for me to do so would therefore NOT be the best fit for me, but for you may be perfectly suitable. So today’s tip is to use the information (feedback) you have received to help you understand what is important to you to be able to adhere long term to a lifestyle change.
