Build a Better Brunch!

Weekend mornings may find you enjoying brunch with family or friends.  Staying on plan doesn’t mean you have to miss out~you just need to understand the menu and choose wisely.  Order sauces on the side, opt for veggies added in to the meal, choose whole fruits (especially berries!) instead of fruit juices, be aware of portion sizes, and cut back or eliminate the bacon.
