OK, so now you’re incorporating fruits and veggies in your daily choices.  Ready to kick it up a notch?  Add protein to your fruits and veggies–think string cheese with your apple, hummus with veggies instead of chips.  Protein will help you stay fuller longer and bring variety into your day.  Just choose a lowfat protein source and pair it with a fruit or veggie for a powerful combination that will help you stay on track regardless of what life throws at you!
