Set small goals!

This time of year can be so fun–and so overwhelming!  We’re all in the same boat with extra activities, extra decorating, extra cleaning, extra MEANING to every little detail.  So step out of the overwhelm and set a small goal for today regarding your health.  A goal that is so easy peasy you hardly have to think about it. 

The funny thing about small goals…is that they pile up to take you right where you want to be in the end!
