Always have a Plan B!

“Stuff” happens!  Success means having a Plan B and being flexible.  Slept in late?  Extra projects at work?  Kids’ Holiday Shows on during your regular workout time?Just because you can’t get in your “regular” routine doesn’t mean you should throw in the towel.  While you are planning how you will be active tomorrow, think about what might get in the way of the plan…and plan around it.  Any workout is better than no workout!
