December Daily Tip #29–Think It Through

Many of us have another crazy week in front of us.  The good news:  more time available with family or friends.  The not-so-good news: our regular schedules are shaken up and we have more tempting food and beverages surrounding us.  So let’s think through this last week of 2014 and decide how you want to approach 2015.  Right now make a plan (you obviously have the time–you’re reading this!) that includes

1.  When you will get in activity and what types of activity you will do.

2.  What you will eat for meals between now and New Years’ Day. 

These two things will give you the structure to understand what you need to be prepared for the coming week, and allow you to adjust to meet your goals for the week.
