December Daily Tip #27–Brush Your Teeth

When your mouth feels fresh and clean it’s easier to pass on unplanned eating, so brush your teeth after a meal to “signal” to yourself that you are done eating.  If brushing is impractical, a sugar-free gum or mint (especially with a strong flavor) can provide the same boost.  Sounds goofy, but works~try it!
