December Daily Tip #26–Remember Those “Forgotten” Sugars!

You’re watching out for those hidden sugars and being mindful about natural sugars, but…what about those “forgotten” sugars?  You know, the ones you consume every day without even thinking about them?  From adding sweeteners to your coffee or tea to the soda you rely on to jumpstart your day, or the glass of wine you look forward to at the end of your day.

It’s time to take a look at those forgotten sugars and become selective about which ones you will choose to include in your day.  For instance, one soda generally has 10 teaspoons of sugar~but the recommended upper limit for women is only 6 teaspoons per day!
