December Daily Tip #22–Move Awaaay From the Buffet!

One of the biggest challenges we may face in the next few days is the fact that tempting foods are out ALL DAY, rather than just at meal times.  The proximity and availability of these foods can make it difficult to be mindful about our choices and aware of the impact on our day.  The tip most clients report as helpful is the reminder to use your physical space;  position yourself as far away from the buffet table as possible.  Mindless noshing is less likely and more difficult if you have to move away from a conversation and walk over to food, rather than having it sit temptingly at hand.
