Know how you will be active tomorrow~and set yourself up for success!

In other words, if getting out of bed is hard and slow…try setting your workout clothes in the bathroom so they are ready to go first thing.  If you always seem to forget your gym bag when heading off in the morning, pack the bag the night before and place it next to the door, in your car, etc.  Make a date with yourself and keep it~you’ll thank yourself!
