Occasionally you need to take a break, a day off.  Don’t worry–you’re building healthy habits.  One day WON’T erase all your hard work, and may very well give you the feedback you need to keep moving forward.  When you take your day “off” how does your body feel?  Use the information gleaned from these “free” days to tailor your lifestyle so that it is sustainable and enjoyable!
