Replace as many take out dining trips with eating at home as possible.
I get it. This is a busy time of year. A social time of year that may find you eating out waaay more than you usually do. Often though, without even really thinking about it, we opt for the drive through when just a little bit of planning or creativity could equal a satisfying, quick, nutritious meal at home. I have had clients try eliminating/reducing the take out habit and keeping track of their savings: dollars, calories, sodium, sugar, carbs. Try it, you’ll be amazed at how much happier both your wallet and your waist are!
