Drink Green Tea.

Just like soup, a cup of “something warm” can help fill your tummy and warm you body and soul.  Additionally, the catechins (a type of antioxidant) in green tea may rev up your metabolism and provide some heart health benefits.

Not a tea drinker?  Try decaffeinated coffee or, even better imho, a cup of hot water with lemon.  You’ll assist fullness, hydration and help to limit snacking.
