Replace one alcoholic beverage with a non-caloric, non-caffeinated beverage today. Plain water is great, but get creative! Sparkling water, seltzer, club soda, infused water, tea or coffee are all great choices. This has a waterfall effect on your choices. Alcohol tends to weaken our resolve and usually happens around food (and, usually, not-so-healthy choices). When you replace one alcoholic beverage you strengthen your intentions, encourage hydration (bye-bye hangover), and usually save at least 100 – 120 calories. Win, win, win!
